Everything was perfect, including absolutely courteous staff and stunning location in the middle of jackson. Location: the hotel was so close to Chandigarh, lush green forest, and food area. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby. I spent 2 nights here and loved that.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The location amidst the jungle was perfect for a couple's getaway. The hotel facilities, including private villas and tents with private pools, were clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the fresh and delicious food options and the 24/7 availability of tea, coffee, and fresh juice. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.

Had a great Xmas experience at a luxurious property. Enjoyed the complementary yoga sessions and cooking classes offered. The location, with scenic surroundings and easy access to the nearby city, was perfect. the staff was helpful and polite, making our stay highly comfortable.

There weren't enough dining options, and the restaurant had limited vegetarian choices. The room furnishings required maintenance.

The restaurant offered delicious cuisine with a wide range of options and in-room breakfast was a convenient option. The staff provided excellent service throughout the stay.

There was a minor issue during my stay with the Spa & Wellness Centre having limited availability for treatments, which meant it was difficult to book an appointment at a convenient time. Despite this, the spa facilities were opulent and provided a relaxing atmosphere for guests.

Had a great time during New Year's Eve at the resort. The room was stunning and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of healthy options. The location was also great as it was far from the city noise, and gave beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. We also enjoyed the spa treatments and the staff was very professional and skillful.

The resort did not offer many activities. , the staff was not very helpful at times, and the service was slow.

This resort boasts an impressive setting amidst sprawling protected forest with plenty of space to explore. The rooms are generally comfortable, especially the bathrooms, and the staff provided some pockets of excellent service. The breakfast and dining options are generally excellent.

The lack of activities and child-friendly setting may not be conducive to a couple's getaway.
